While best known for the rollout of fast broadband to properties in the residential market, the company also has a powerful presence in the business market, with solutions available for small-to-medium sized businesses, large enterprises and government.

A key element of the business strategy has been the development of an ICT Partner Program where nbn works with ICT providers and enables them to register as a partner, get trained and accredited, and use nbn™ products as a core element of their end-customers’ transition to a digital future.

The partner program is run with a hub that contains all the training material, the accreditation and certification process, as well as a directory of accredited partners.

The program is a major undertaking, and DesignStreet was involved right from the outset with the development of a Marketing Toolkit for the ICT Channel that would serve as a support for channel partners and that also served to communicate the business nbn™ value proposition.

As the business segment grew, business nbn™ developed a distinctive brand identity of its own, and DesignStreet was engaged to roll out the new brand onto all the ICT Channel Program materials to create a unified look and feel across the business.
