The sun was a central element of Australia Day in Sydney’s visual identity. This year we refined the iconography to better reflect the day’s celebrations, and arranged those icons alongside a reimagined gradient to create the rising eastern sun of Sydney.

Around the Harbour
Big, bold and bright, our triffid displays instructed visitors all around Sydney Harbour- from the Overseas Passenger Terminal to the Opera house, these Triffids were scattered along the shore.

Digital & Print
In the lead up to Australia Day 2025 we rolled out newspaper and magazine ads, as well as email banners and digital advertising. For on the day, we designed new volunteer and staff clothing, security passes, and even wayfinding signage around Sydney.
Stage Design
The largest and most fun piece of this years’ campaign was the design of the stage. We took what was well received last year, and built on it creatively with a refreshed look.
